Donna Williams, Proprietor, and her daughter, Megan Williams, work very hard to ensure your stay at The Stoneleigh is comfortable and enjoyable.

We are in a quiet street within easy walking distance to the sea-front and Skegness town centre. The bus and train stations are a short walk away.

There is a car park to the side of the building for guest parking only.

​

We operate a non-smoking policy in the guesthouse. Ashtrays are provided on the patio area outside the property.

​

The premises are on three floors. On the ground floor, you will find the reception area, lounge, dining room and bedroom 1. First floor, you will find bedrooms 2, 5, 6 and 7. Second floor, you will find bedrooms 8 & 9.

​

There is ample lighting outside for parking and when approaching the front door. There is low-energy lighting throughout the hallways and stairs.

​

The guesthouse is heated by gas radiators.

​

Entry via the front door is with a key and the door is self-locking. There is one step up into the premises.

​

All rooms, stairs and hallways are carpeted.

​

Stairs have easy reach hand rails, leading to first and second floors.

​

Internet access is available in the premises and password is found in the "Information" brochure.

RECEPTION:

The reception area is via the dining room. This is where you check-in, make your payment, collect your room key(s) and check-out. There is a bell at the reception for assistance.

​

LOUNGE:

We have comfortable sofas and chairs. There is a flat-screen television, plus a DVD player for guests' convenience. DVD's are available on request.

​

DINING AREA:

There is a bell push outside the dining room door for assistance or in case of emergencies. We have seven dining tables with sixteen dining chairs. There is a radio for background music.

BEDROOM ONE:

Twin beds with en-suite shower facilities.

​

FIRST FLOOR :-

BEDROOM TWO:

Double bed with en-suite bath / shower facilities.

BEDROOM FIVE:

Superior, double bed with en-suite bath / shower facilities.

​

BEDROOM SIX:

Twin beds with en-suite shower facilities.

​

BEDROOM SEVEN:

Small, double bed with en-suite bath / shower facilities.

SECOND FLOOR :-

BEDROOM EIGHT:

Superior, double bed with en-suite shower facilities.

BEDROOM NINE:

Standard, double bed with en-suite shower facilities.

SAFETY:

Public areas are fitted with emergency lighting, break glass call points and fire extinguishers. Smoke detectors are fitted in all bedrooms and public areas. Fire procedures are posted on all bedroom door backs for information and nearest exits in case of emergencies.

​

Those with hearing difficulties are requested to inform staff and will be alerted face-to-face in case of emergencies.

​

Any medications can be stored in our refrigerator. Please store in a suitable container with information (your name and emergency contact number) clearly visible.

FOOD:

We try our best to locally-source our food. We aim cater for every dietary requirement, this includes vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free. If you have any allergy or food intolerance, please let us know when you book with us.
